Tami Chynn is a Jamaican triple threat, serving as one of Jamaica's leading female singers, songwriters and dancers. She's not shy to represent her Jamaican roots through an eclectic blend of reggae, dancehall and pop, nor is she afraid to put her Primadonna attitude on display for the world to see.

Tammar Anika Chin was born in Kingston Jamaica in June 1984 to Christine and Richard Chin. Both of her parents were members of the local Jamaican band called the Carnations.Her younger sister Tessanne also gravitated to the music industry, expressing herself through amazing vocals in a reggae/rock -n- roll fusion. Talent goes beyond her bloodline. Tami wed Jamaican dancehall artist Wayne Marshall in 2009, having one of the most lavish, fairytale weddings that Jamaica has ever seen. Marshall is a member of the dancehall fraternity known as, Alliance, amongst other popular deejays such as Mavado, Bounty Killer, Bling Dawg and Busy Signal, to name a few.
Tami first got recognition amongst her peers on the dancehall scene back in 2001, with her first single "Rock U" ft. Kid Kurup. Since then she has released one studio album entitled Out of Many...One, a countless number of singles on some of Jamaica's hottest dancehall and reggae riddims, and caught the attention of U.S hip hop/ pop sensation, Akon. Since then she has been toured with stars such as New Kids on the Block, Natashia Bedingfield, Colby O'Donis and Lady GaGa. Although she has caused some buzz international as a new diva on the scene, she stays true to her roots.
Tami has been avidly working on her sophomore album, Primadonna, which features some up beat, high energy tracks, such as "Frozen", "We Don't Mess", and "To The Floor". She gotten a lot of hype for her newest single on the 2010 Bad Suh Riddim for a sexy track called, "Nevah Know". She is currently not only keeping busy with the music industry but indulges in her fashionista side, as co-designer to a brand called Anuna, a brand that provides women with versatile, easy to wear clothing that is perfect for a Caribbean lifestyle.
